B i o g r a p h y

Christy Lamphier is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she received a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree as well as a BA in English Language and Literature.  Christy also holds a Masters of Science in Adolescent Education and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and ORMTA (Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association).​ She is a high school teacher with the District School Board of Niagara.

With a passion for music education, this bubbly soprano has been teaching voice and piano for more than 20 years. Her students have been highly successful at local music festivals and she has received a Certificate of Recognition
from The Royal Conservatory of Music.

From 2012-2020, Christy was a co-owner and the Music Director of Aldershot Performing Arts Summer Camps.  
​
Since 2007, she has provided music for summer services at West Plains United Church in Burlington.
